我相信你們都聽過瑜伽生活方式, 包括斷食等等⋯⋯
是否你們也曾經想要開始斷食,但卻不知道要如何進行?是否你們也曾經想要得到更多有關怎麼吃,還有怎樣活得更健康的資訊?
是否你一直想在生活上做改變卻沒有做,現在有機會了。也許參加週末瑜伽排毒營會是個好機緣!
你會接觸到一日斷食的體驗,接收到有關健康生活以及瑜珈和靜坐冥想,讓你有機會瞭解到你與食物的關係,還有如何與它保持的平衡。
 
規律地鍛鍊一日斷食是個很重要的訓練。
你的消化器官可以得到休息,你的身體可以有機會排毒,而且你的意志力也會加強(因此你將會有能力去掌控你生命中其他的部分)。 如此的斷食是安全又有效的,而且是容易在日常生活中進行的。

 I hope and trust this finds you well. 
 
 I am sure you have heard of the yoga lifestyle and that it includes fasting... Have you ever wanted to start fasting but didn't think you could do it?
Have you ever wanted some more explanation on how to eat and live healthier? 
And is it time to finally make those lifestyle changes that you have been thinking about? Then it may be a good time to join a residential yoga detox weekend! 
 
You get introduced to a one-day fasting regime, and receive information on healthy living as well as yoga and meditation, plus insight into your relationship with food and how to keep that balanced. 
 
Regular practice of such one-day fasts are an important health practice. 
Your digestive organs get a rest, your body have the chance to eliminate toxins and your will power increases (and therefore the ability to gain control in other areas of our life). Such fasts are safe and effective, and can easily be maintained in daily life too. 
 
The next camps are on 24-26 Oct, 21-23 Nov and 26-28 Dec.
